Philip Burke is one of my favorite artist. I saw his works at the Rock'n Roll Hall of Fame. All of his works I've ever seen there are musicians. He also paints portrait paintings of celebrities and New Yorkers. The portrait his paintings are abstructive, but by painting those people's characteristic stronger we can recgnize who they are quickly. That his style is what I like his works.
